And you aren’t alone! Please join us for a workshop where YOU get to be expert on your family. This interactive event will use active listening tools to build empathy and support for the challenges we all face in parenthood. We will learn about the 5 Protective Factors proven by research to build resiliency in families and how to use them in our day to day lives as parents.
This event will be led by Brett Collins, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Family Therapist. Brett is also the mom of two school-aged children. 🙂
We will also review the nomination slate for next year’s PTA Executive Board.
