In 4 weeks, the auction—Lakeshore’s biggest annual fundraiser—takes place on Saturday, March 11 from 6-10pm at Donworth Hall at St. Stephen, 473 Eucalyptus Dr., down the street from Lakeshore.

There is still a lot of work to be done, and our dedicated but tiny volunteer parent crew could use your help.
- Plan – upcoming auction crew meetings take place Saturday 2/11, 2-4pm at Lakewood Apartments Clubhouse; Monday 2/13, 6-7pm at school; Wednesday 2/22, 6:30-7:30pm at school. All the following needs will be discussed at the meetings.
- Be Food Chair “Understudy” – this year, we really need someone to work with our current Food Chair and learn the ropes as we will need someone for next year. Email us or come to a meeting to sign up.
- Donate something – tell us online here or if you prefer print, tell us with this
- Ask businesses for donations – self-serve letters and forms available here under “Letters and Forms”
- Do prep work (learn more here)
- Volunteer the day of and before and after (learn more here)

Party With Us
Tickets go on sale later this month: $30 in advance, $35 at the door. Your ticket includes unlimited appetizers, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, dessert, fun with fellow parents, friends, and staff, and a chance to bid on great community donations available to all of us at deep discounts! For less than the price of a nice dinner out, you get all that and do good for the school.
Bring a friend! It’s much more fun with friends, and when you bring someone from outside the Lakeshore community, you widen the support network and reduce the amount that Lakeshore parents will be asked to donate.
