The Lakeshore Elementary Spring Raffle raised a great deal of money for the PTA to pay for enrichment programs, enjoyed by all of our students, across all grades. We ask that each Lakeshore family sells at least one bundle of 10 tickets (worth $20 or more). Please take these tickets and sell to your friends, coworkers and especially family!

This is an easy way for you to help the school and a great opportunity for someone you know to win one of three great cash prizes:
1st – Four Night Hawaiian Vacation Package for Two People (Value – $1,360)
2nd – SF Giants Package for 4 people with On-Field Visit During Batting Practice (Value – $750)
3rd – Autographed Jerry Rice Football (Value – $250)
The TOP STUDENT SELLER (total revenue generated) will win a new 32gb iPod Touch
The CLASSROOM with the highest sales (total revenue generated) will win a class pizza party.
For each ticket sold, tear off the right side portion (with the buyer’s info) and turn in with the appropriate dollar amount in the envelope provided. Don’t forget to include the student’s name under “Sold by” and Class Rm#. ALL STUBS TURNED IN MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY OR THEY WILL BE RETURNED.
Return either to your child’s teacher or directly to the office in the envelope provided. There is a gray, metal box by the teacher mailboxes marked for RAFFLE DEPOSITS. The last day to turn in your raffle ticket money at school is Wednesday, April 23, 2014 by 3:30 pm.
Raffle Prize winners will be announced at Lakeshore’s “SuperHero Saturday Spring Fling” event on Saturday, April 26, 2014. Winners need not be present to win.
