Medication Retrieval
All unused, discontinued, or outdated medication must be picked up by parent/ guardians by the end of the school year. If your child has medication in the school office, you will be notified in writing to retrieve the medication. Any mediation that remains after the last day of school will be discarded. You are required to complete a Medication Form and Emergency Care Plan at the start of the school year if medications are to be taken at school during the 2010-2011 school year. You are urged to make an appointment with your child’s heath care provider during the summer. – Ms. Keener

Student placement letters will be sent out the week of July 26th. This is a huge job so we need your help in sending these out! If you are available to assist with this job, please contact Ms. Keener by Friday, May 21st. Thank you!

Attention all 5th grade families
If you have not already done so, please take a moment and send a contribution in towards your child’s graduation expenses. We use $65.00 as a guideline and ask that you give what you are able to give. Some give less, some give more, and anything above $65.00 is tax deductible. The funds are used towards the gradu- ation expenses: yearbooks, t-shirts, slide show, food for the events. Per tradition, any funds above our costs will go towards the gift the graduating class gives to the Lakeshore community. So please, make your check out to: Lakeshore PTA-Graduation, and get it in to your child’s teacher ASAP.
