Here are a few suggestions for how you can learn more about your child’s new school:

Check the website for announcements for the school community – you are now part of that community! The Paw Print Press is the weekly newsletter that is sent home with current families. The content of the newsletter is reprinted to the website weekly.
You will be receiving an invitation to Lakeshore’s Spring Auction in the mail shortly – please come and join the community!
Join the Lakeshore PTA Listserve. Instructions for joining are here.
Orientation events will be scheduled for August. Lakeshore’s online calendar (google calendar) will be updated to include dates of interest in August 2011.
