Lost & Found
Please check the Lost & Found rack and claim any lost clothing items before December 13th. Any remaining clothes will be bagged up and donated to a charity.
Attention: 5th Grade Parents!
Start digging through old pictures and old archived files in your com- puters. Fifth grade promotion is approaching faster than we think and we are in need of kindergarten through fifth grade pictures for a slideshow. The sooner the better so Maria Dajani, who volunteered, can get started on this project. Photos preferred on CD. Please email Maria to make arrangements.
Last Scrip Order Before Winter Break – Due 12/3
Use scrip for your holiday shopping or as gifts for those who are difficult to shop for. You can even order a pack of 16 gift card holiday wrappers for $5.60 (with 20% of that purchase going back to Lakeshore). To see what these look like, go to http://tinyurl.com/scrip-holiday-wrapper.
Remember, scrip are the same gift cards or gift certificates that you would buy at the store. Participating retailers agree to sell scrip to our school at a discount. Families like yours buy (and redeem) the scrip for full face value, and our school keeps the difference as revenue. You’re basically raising money for Lakeshore through purchases that you would’ve made anyway. Orders submitted by 12/3 will be delivered by 12/17.
Forms will come home with your child. You can also get the scrip order form and retailer list from lakeshoreelementary.org under “Forms & Documents.” Copies are also available in the scrip PTA folder in the school office. Questions? Contact Tess Napili
